Our classes feature cool-down periods to ensure your body is taken care of when leaving the gym. You can’t work hard without proper rest!

- At Vintage, you don’t get hit unless you are at a sparring level and want to spar. If not, you’ll be running drills with a partner to practice form and endurance.
- 16 oz gloves, handwraps, and a mouthpiece are required at all levels to ensure safety of our members and are available for purchase at the gym.
