Refunds and Returns Policy
Overview
To inquire regarding a refund, please contact our main email address, VintageBoxingGym@Gmail.com, with your name, number, and specify your refund request.
- Sales, under contract, are final and cannot be refunded without granted proprietary permission.
- Refunds are offered for damaged or mistaken products.
- Refunds are up to the discretion of Vintage Boxing Gym and will only be accepted based on legitimacy and constitute a timeframe of up to one fiscal year to be accepted.
- Purchasers who qualify for and are granted a refund can expect a bank transferal within 3-7 business days.
- Payment types excluding bank transferal (Cash, Check, 3rd party apps…) cannot be guaranteed as a set payment method for a granted refund.

Purchases are considered purposeful and expected to be paid in full prior to fulfillment. Purchases qualify for refunds only under the condition of mistaken sale or damages. Memberships and sales fall under the proprietary ownership of Vintage Boxing Gym. Failure to provide payment can result in the full termination of membership or sales. Further, expected commitments upon termination are expected to be paid in full.
Vintage Boxing Gym retains all ownership to its intellectual and proprietary properties and rights.
