2nd official class tonight and it was a great class! We have met three coaches so far (including the $30 intro class), and I have nothing but positive things to say! The coaches are very fun, informative, welcoming, and up beat! I’d say this gym is focused on making sure you know how to box and how to be consistent! I would highly recommend taking an intro class to see if this gym works for you! Can’t wait to continue training! 😄 Read Less

The owner is the head coach very cool welcoming guy. The guys in the gym are welcoming also. I enjoyed my first two days. Look forward to more sessions. He has help point out my mistakes. Corrected me I'm happy with my choice. Choosing vintage boxing as my spot to train. Had my eyes on this gym for years. Finally pulled the trigger should of started sooner. Read Less

I've been a member of Vintage since 2020 but didn't get serious about my training until last year when I started taking private lessons. I've trained at other gyms over the years and I have to say, this is some of the best instruction I've had anywhere! I especially want to give a shout out to Coach Q, who really helped me find my passion for the sweet science with his conscientious and challenging lessons. Looking forward to training with him for a long time! Also much appreciation for Vintage's owner Eric Ash and pro heavyweight Jerry Forrest for their wisdom and insight that helped me really elevate my game as well. Read Less
