What We Teach

Our boxing coaches will teach your kids & teens the fundamentals and disciplines of real boxing in a safe & coach-led environment. We teach professional stances such as Western Orthodox (right-handed) & Southpaw (left-handed) stances, hand wrapping and wrist protection, punch counts, proper heavy-bag work, mitt-work, proper partner-work, defensive slips-pivots-rolls, ring movement, strength & conditioning, & non-required low-intensity sparring are all a part of our course.

Strength training & conditioning is also a big part of the youth boxing program. Every Tuesday & Thursday our coaches will dedicate time to teaching youths how to stay fit with a wide range of workout tools and exercises to keep them in boxing shape.
